However, ALWAYS feel comfortable to contact us at anytime with any request and we will do our best to work with your schedule.

When arranging services by the hour, cancellation of services requires 24-hour notice.

Products, goods, services and their sales tax purchased on your behalf are not included in Buying Time’s service rates.

Our commitment is always to be as efficient as possible. At times, we are subject to circumstances which we cannot control, such as weather, traffic conditions or the service provided to us by other vendors, which may impact the timing of the completion of certain services.

Refund Policy - We promise 100% Satisfaction. We will resolve every customer complaint to the customer’s complete satisfaction, including a full refund. Our intent is to create a service of exceptional value. We take every customer complaint very seriously. Your monthly service package will expire on the last day of every month, Buying Time will attempt to contact you to determine if you wish to continue your package into the next month.
