
In order to provide the best service, Buying Time recommends that services be scheduled with as much advance notice as possible. However, ALWAYS feel comfortable to contact us at anytime with any request and we will do our best to work within your schedule.
Buying Time is committed to being as efficient as possible. At times, we are subject to circumstances out of our control, (weather, traffic conditions or services provided by other vendors) which may impact the timing and completion of certain services.
Cancellation of hourly services requires 24-hour notice.
Purchases and associated sales tax made on client’s behalf are not included in Buying Time’s service rates.
Refund Policy - Our intent is to create a service of exceptional value. Buying Time promises 100% Satisfaction. We take every complaint seriously and will resolve to the customer’s complete satisfaction, including a full refund. Monthly service packages expire on the last day of each month, Buying Time will attempt to contact you to determine if you wish to continue your package into the next month.
